The purpose of this article is to report the presence of neonatal teeth in a patient showing a systemic problem; also in order to assess the relevant treatment adapted and besides, to get further information about the factors involved in the decision. This is a case of neonatal teeth in a two-month old baby patient showing Hydrocephaly aggravated by meningitis caused by E. Co/i. It was found two lower incisors, grade III mobility, small root, hipoplasic enamel, associated to bacterial plaque and dental caries. Both teeth were taken out for c1inical inspection due to the systemic problem involved.
