Summary: Sexual crime is constituted by threats or acts that attempt against people’s dignity and
sexual liberty and is practiced by using physical force or deceit with the purposse to impose a
sexual behavior against the will of the person. Its entire study in penal context, implies the
participation of differents disciplines searching to rebuild a delictive fact starting from analysis
of physical elements gathered from a crime scene or in possible victims and/ or agressor’s body.
Professionals in medicine, Dentistry, Bacteriology and others, take legal questions into a scientist
question and advice to the justice management about capacity and limitations of technics used in
practiced study to the physical elements gathered by qualified authority during the assistance to
involved subjects in the fact. Therefore, this revision focussing in the labor done by Medicine
professionals, who are in charge of direct assitance and external evaluation of possible victims and
sometimes of the agressors; the Dentist, that supports the doctors in cases which his participation
is required, and Bacteriologists, who are responsable for the study of testing material elements.
