By the use of quantitative method, in an ethnographic basis, a study was achieved to evaluate the impact ofBasic Sciences on the academic programs development for Dentistry an Medicine plans at the Health Faculty ofUniversidad del Valle. Semi-structural surveys were applied to students, graduated people from the same University an graduated people who are specialist and teach at the presents time at the School ofDentistry and Medicine ofthis University. It was possible to know that Surveyed people really appreciate the formative value ofBiologic basic Sciences as a style of Scientific thinking which is useful for their activities as professionals. One ofthe suggestions ofthis study is the one to keep and improve to get integration between Basic Sciences and clinical approaches to reach fully the teaching-Iearning process objectives/to reach fully the objectives ofteachinglearning process.
